today have trainning in the morning from 9 to 12.30 .
as usual , set up the net and do wadever we need to do .
then have a break cuz coach said that the next drills is very tiring .
then after resting , do our drills .
1 at a time , we muz cover the whole court .
that mean only 1 person cover the court .
we have to receive coach spike balls and backcourt balls and dropballs .
then 1 person need to do 4 set . 1 set muz have 10 good balls .
then after finishing 1 set , we have to go to the back to shout "fulian jiayou" for 5 times .
then i nearly cant shout out cuz after receiving the 10 balls , i have to catch my breathe .
but still manage to make it.
after this drills , have a break .
then the next drills is jump spike . but some of them do stand spike .
coach throw a ball , and we have to recieve the ball up to the setter and finally spike!
after this , went for a break .
the next drills is all stand spike .
coach throw the ball and u have to spike the ball .
after that , have a long talk by coach .
then after that , we were dismiss and we decided to play match 3 on 3 by ourselves .
then play until half , the upper sec basketballer ask us if we could borrow them a ball .
then thay play themselves and we play our own .
after that , went for a break and the basketballer went into the court to play .
then decided to ask them if they want to play match with us .
it was so funny on the way they play .
i felt so difficuilt to spike cuz when i spike , there is 2 so call blocker in front of me , and they are so tall .
after playing 1 set with them , we told them to stop playing .
after that , home sweet home .
