have training today and it was tiring . went home and bath and when i came out, i feel that my nails was pain and i took a closely look at it and saw that it was blue-black and i go it and have blood come out. omg lar! then somemore my knee got bruised and is pain lar. cuz today keep on rolling here and there on the floor. no training tomorrow and i can have a rest . |
